Questions
What counts as a generation?
One run: Tulpar reads your design, writes the component, then builds, renders and checks it, repairing it up to three times. Repairs are part of the same generation. If a run fails before the model starts (for example, the Figma frame can't be read), it isn't counted.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is charged. You keep everything you generated, and you can upgrade to Pro whenever you want to keep going.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing in the top bar. Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days of a charge if you used fewer than 10 generations that month. See the Refund Policy.
Do unused Pro generations roll over?
No. The monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing month.
Who handles my card?
Stripe. Tulpar never sees or stores card details. Charges appear on your statement as TULPAR.
Is my design or code kept?
Results are kept for an hour so you can download them, then forgotten. A Figma token you enter is used for that run only and never stored.
