Refund Policy

Cancelling

Cancel Pro any time from Billing in the top bar. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

When you get a refund

If you were charged for a Pro month and used fewer than 10 generations in that month, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the charge. Otherwise charges aren’t refunded, but you can cancel so you aren’t charged again.

We also refund in full a charge made by mistake (such as a charge after you cancelled, or a double charge), and the unused part of the month if we end your paid account without a reason under the Terms.

How to ask

Email hmamut39@gmail.com from the email on your account, or include your GitHub username. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.

The free trial

The trial is free and needs no card, so there’s nothing to refund.
