Terms of Service
Last updated 12 October 2026. If anything here is unclear, write to hmamut39@gmail.com.
1. Who we are
Tulpar (tulparsi.com, “Tulpar”, “we”) is operated by Mamuti Aishan, an individual based in East Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Contact: hmamut39@gmail.com. By using Tulpar you agree to these terms.
2. What Tulpar does
Tulpar turns a design (a Figma frame or a screenshot) into source code for a user-interface component, using a design system you choose, and checks the result automatically. Code is written with the help of an AI model (currently from OpenAI). Tulpar is in beta: features change, and it may be unavailable at times. We don’t promise any particular uptime.
3. Your account
You sign in with GitHub. An account is for one person; don’t share it or let others use your allowance. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
4. Plans, billing and cancelling
- Free trial: a set number of generations (currently 20), no card needed.
- Pro: a monthly subscription (currently $29 a month, plus any applicable tax) for a monthly allowance of generations (currently 300). It renews automatically each month and is charged to your card through Stripe until you cancel. Unused generations don’t roll over.
- Cancelling: cancel any time from Billing in the top bar. Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Price changes: we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription.
- Refunds: see the Refund Policy.
- A run that fails before the AI model starts (for example, when a Figma frame can’t be read) is not counted against your allowance.
5. What you put in
Only submit designs, screenshots and Figma links you have the right to use. If a design belongs to your employer or a client, make sure you’re allowed to process it with an online service that uses AI. Don’t submit anything illegal, or personal data about other people that the design doesn’t need.
6. What you get out
As between you and us, the code Tulpar generates for you is yours to use, including commercially. We claim no ownership of it. AI-generated code can be wrong, insecure or similar to code others have received; Tulpar checks it, but checks can’t catch everything. Review and test it before you ship it. You’re responsible for how you use it.
7. Fair use
Don’t try to get around the limits (for example with several accounts), overload or attack the service, scrape it automatically, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that do, and limit usage that harms the service for others.
8. Third-party services
Tulpar relies on GitHub (sign-in), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (the AI model), Figma (reading frames you link), Fly.io (hosting) and Cloudflare (domain). Their own terms apply to their parts. What they receive is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Ending
You can stop using Tulpar at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. If we end a paid account without such a reason, we refund the unused part of the current month.
10. No warranty, and limits
Tulpar is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that is more. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, unless the law where you live gives you the right to another forum.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll say so on the site or by email before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
